Symmco Inc., a powder metal manufacturer located in Surgoinsville, TN, has a new position open for a Sales Development Manager or Technical Sales Engineer. Candidates must possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Sciences, Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent work experience in the powdered metal industry; minimum 5+ years’ experience in Sales Management or Engineering preferred; excellent communication skills and work ethic. Duties of this position include but are not limited to prospecting for new business and maximizing growth opportunities, account development and management, increasing revenue in targeted accounts, strategic business plan development and execution and the development of quotations, technical proposals, and process solutions for customers.
